Amazon is blocking VPN connections in order to collect more data about users. If you are using macOS, you should download NordVPN (OpenVPN) version, in settings find “Obfuscated servers” and switch it on. Another option is connecting to Canadian servers. If you are using Win or Android, you automatically have OpenVPN version of NordVPN, so just go to settings and find “Obfuscated servers” option. This should solve your problem.

1st of all Amazon should answer this however from what I observed Amazon loads different versions for different countries because of restrictions on what can be purchased. With a vpn you could be anywhere.

Because Amazon needs to collect massive amounts of data on its users to ensure that they can continue their predatory marketing practices. If they don’t know what you’re buying, how will they continue to sell you more of it? It is a terrible thing that they do not allow their users to use VPNs.
